Here at Abundant Blessings, we love to welcome individuals that have a passion for working with children and serving their community! STOREFRONT
Our Nixa boutique offers children a unique way to "shop" for their clothing free-of-charge! Each child is offered a shopping basket and our volunteers assist them throughout their shopping experience! We are always looking for volunteers wishing to serve in our store.
We have 3 ways to help out during every shift:
Front of the House - These volunteers will greet and serve families who come in. They will help families fill out paperwork, shop, and check out the children when they have finished shopping.
Back of the House - These volunteers will sort donations, hang up clothing, organize, and tackle small projects as needed.
Kid Buddy - This volunteer will hang out with younger kiddos while their parents shop! (Ideal for a teen/preteen helper)
Events
Our mobile team will man community event tables such as the Nixa Back to School Bash. Volunteers will receive notification with dates and times to sign up as events arise. This is a great opportunity to really "get in there" within the community.
Laundry Brigade
Don't have time to commit to serving onsite? Consider joining one of our off-site teams! Simply pick up laundry when you receive a call/text from us, take it home, and bring it back clean.
